BUSINESS STATISTICS

Provides a way to monitor the occupancy rates (effictivness) of hotel rooms and financial results (profitability). Additionally it visualizes room prices. Having that information you can adapt your sales strategy.

Where?   Administration panel > Statistics > Business statistics

All available graphs are displayed on the tabs. You can follow to any of them by clicking on the label. Change query criteria in the dropdown lists (Hotel name, Room group, Year).

Note: In each tab you can request more than just one chart, the next requested one will appear on top of the previous one (usefull e.g. to compare different periods or hotels). You can also close graphs by clicking on 'Close' button.

Room occupancy - Shows how many rooms are occupied each day of the month for all or one specific hotel.
Below the chart you can find boundary values together with the average room occupancy level for this month.

Sales per room group - shows the amount of sales (contracted revenues) created by each room group taking into account only the room prices. Horizontal axis represents room groups, vertical axis shows total expected income for that group contracted in the month.
Below the chart you can see total sales for all room groups in the hotel, boundary values and average sales for rooms from all groups.

Sales yearly - shows monthly sales for all room groups for selected year. Horizontal axis represents months, vertical axis shows total sales during that month.
Below the chart you can find total year sales, boundary values and average sales value per month

Occupancy rates per room type - shows occupancy ratio for the rooms from specific room group for selected month. Horizontal axis represents all room groups avaliable in a selected hotel, vertical axis shows occupancy ratio of rooms in a group.
Below the chart you can read boundary values and average room group occupation ratio - for whole hotel.

Price fluctuation per room group - shows how prices per night for selected room group fluctuate during the year. The price increase/decrease comes from special faresg applied to the group. Horizontal axis represents months and vertical axis shows price per night in various periods of the year.
Below the chart you can find average price per night together with boundary values.
