DOWNLOAD CSV

CSV stands for Comma Separated Values. It is a type of file that allows to download data of all reservation in the Hotel-In system and import them to spreadsheet applications such as Excel for further analysis or presentation.

Download your data
Where?   Administration panel > Statistics > Download CSV

After defining the query click on 'Download' button, this will download csv file containing all the reservations data created in specified period of time. You can open a file in spreadsheet application and perform additional calculations.

Defining month and year results in selecting reservations that were created in that period and not for example the ones that start at this time.

Note: When a  reservation contains more then one room booked a separate entry (row) will apear for each room. You can group them via reservation number column, use pivot data facilities provided by your spreadsheet.

The available columns in the file are:

• Record Locator - is unique reservation identifier, number
  
• First name - visitor's first name
• Last name - visitor's last name
• Reservation Date - date when reservation was made
• Price per room - total price for one room on the reservation
  
• Total Price in native currency - total price per whole reservation in user's currency
• Total amount Paid in native currency - total amount which has been already paid in user's currency
• Currency - currency in which reservation was made
• Total Price in system currency - total price in your system default currency, set up in configuration panel
  
• Total amount paid in system currency - price which has been paid in your system default currency
• Room group name - administrative name for room group booked
• Start Date - arrival date
• End Date - departure date
• Hotel - name of the hotel of residence
• Status - current status of the reservation
