BANNER ITEMS

To promote your new or most interesting

1. events
   
2. other special offer - Special Fares and Long Stay Fares
   

- you can put them in a banner on your hotels page.

For Special Fares and Long Stay Fares marked as "Non-default, activated by client" - it's actually the banner buttons that enable activation of those promos, so for those it is mandatory to add them to the banner if anybody is to make any use of them.

It can have an elegant graphical layout with about 3 events fotos on the main page and unlimited number of other events to be reached with scrolling arrows. You can also customize the banner to your graphical preferences.

Banner can be displayed on your page all the time - even if, for the moment, customers are looking for rooms only, this can make your hotel look more dynamic and attractive to customers.

Add event to banner
Where?   Administration panel > Events offer > click on "+Add" on Banner items

To add new items to banner, think first of how many and in which order you would like them to be seen. When that is decided:

1. to add new EVENT - chose it from the drop down menu in Events section
   
2. to add new Special Fare - chose it from the drop down menu Prpmotions in Other Special Entries section
   
3. to add Long Stay Fare - chose it from the drop down menu Long Stay Fares in Other Special Entries section
4. to add a unique promotion appearing only during a unique, undivisable period, you can also enter the start and end date and clicking this button will act like searching by those exact dates

Go to your page, refresh and check if everything is displayed as you wouldd like it to be.

Modify banner items
Where?   Administration panel > Events offer > Banner items

To modify banner content click on a chosen event name on the displayed list of all current banner items. If you want to change position, chose a new number in the dropdown menu.
If you want to remove an item from the banner - click on "xDelete" - the item will be still in the system and available for booking only not displayed on the front page banner.
Save afterwards or click "Go back" in your browser if you want to discard changes.

Fields

Order of display - dropdown list - position number at which an event is displayed in the banner. The lower the value, the better position on the banner - about 3 photos can be displayed in one view - further photos will appear after scrolling right with available arrows.

Event - dropdown list - to choose an event that should be displayed.

Other special offers - section:

• Start date (4) - first date when this unique promotion will be available
  
• End date (4) - last date

• Promotion - Special Fare (2) - drop down menu - to indicate a Special Fare  to be  displayed on the banner
  
  
• Long Staz Fare (3) - drop down menu - to indicate a Special Fare  to be  displayed on the banner

Localized names - section - to translate the name of the element on the buttom into all the languages activated in  the system:

• Label - text field - promo name to be displayed on the button
  
• Język - drop down menu  - indicates the language version to use this name
  
• Usuń? - tickbox - select if you want to remove the localized name
