EXTRA OPTIONS

Extra options are added attractions that can be bought together with an event optionally. They represent additional services to the event that can but do not have to be ordered by all participants of the event. It can be filming of the event, meals, snacks and drinks or even a bungee jump.

Add extra options - new events, new options
Where?   Administration panel > Events offer > click on "+Add" on Extra options tab

To add new extra option for events define its administrative and localised names for display in all languages plus grouping type and price.

Modify extra options - same events, new prices
Where?   Administration panel > Events offer > Extra options

From the list choose the option that you want to modify and click on it's name. Save afterwards or click "Go back" in your browser if you want to discard changes.

Fields

Name - textbox - administrative name for internal use. Should be unique and allow the user to quickly identify the option in the administration panel. Never visible to the customer.

Category - textbox - category name of the option used only in the administration panel. It allows to group the services on the display. Of course to be able to group, you need to use exactly the same categories - no typos allowed - for the options from one group (e.g meals, relaxation, media).

Price - numerical texbox - base price for the extra option, tax value is taken from the definition of tax for the event to which this extra option is assigned.

Localized names - the name for the extra option which is displayed to the user during event booking on the hotel site. It needs to be translated into all activated languages.

• Language code - dropdown menu - to indicate in what language version on your internet site this name will be used
• Label - textbox - extra option name used for display on the internet site - it should be rather informative as there is no further description
• Delete? - checkbox - check and save if you wish to delatea localized name
