PROFILE LINES

It is the data that is collected from the traveller during booking time.

Select fields - what do you need to know about client
Where?   Administration panel > Customer profile > Profile lines

All the fields that you select will be displayed to the user to fill out with personal data during reservation. If you set a field to "mandatory" then user needs to provide this information, otherwise reservation will not be finalised.

Fields

Add to profile - checkbox - allows to select whether a field should be displayed to an end user during the booking or not

(Field name - text value - unique name of a field which describes the nature of information that you require from a user)

Value type - dropdown list - allows validation of field input, if data entered by user does not meet the requested format then the profile is not accepted and user is prompted to correct the data. Normally this is predefined and you don't have to change those values.
The avaliable types:

• number - only digits are accepted
• phone-number - digits together with whitespaces and prefix sign "+" are accepted
• letters - only letters are accepted
• date - day/month/year fields will be displayed to allow selection of a valid date only
  
• postal - only characters forming a valid postal code are accepted
• email - string of letters and numbers is accepted as as long as it forms a valid email address

Mandatory - checkbox - if set "yes" the corresponding field is required during reservation. In case field is left empty booking process will not continue and the customer will have to go back to it.
