ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Those are extra services on top of your standard which are avaliable for defined room groups. They can be charged either per item or once for whole stay. You can also set the price zero. Services can be assigned to a specific room group and your client can choose from them during the booking process. Upon choosing a service the customer will be asked to indicate on which days they wish to receive the service ordered. It will be then reflected in the additional services schedule.

Where?   Administration panel > Hotel offer > click on "+Add" on Additinal services tab

Defining a new service require that you put it's administrative name or code, category, price and tax and descriptions and names translated into all languages enabled on your hotel's site.

Modify additional service - adaptations to the new needs
Where?   Administration panel > Hotel offer > Additinal services

From the list choose the service that you want to modify and click on it's name. Save afterwards or click "Go back" in your browser if you want to discard changes.

Fields

Name - textbox - administrative name for internal use. Should be unique and allow the user to quickly identify the service in the administration panel. Never visible to the customer.

Services group - New ! - drop-down menu - (optional, activated on request) - allows to group services during reservation on the hotel page into sections of "show / hide" type defined in module Groups in Hotel offer.

Category - textbox - category name of the service used only in the administration panel. It allows to group the services on the display. Of course to be able to group, you need to use exactly the same categories - no typos allowed - for the services from one group (e.g meals, relaxation, media).

Price - numerical textbox - base price for the service related with the pricing mode (see below)

Tax - dropdown list - tax rate applicable to the service. The total price that a user is charged includes base fare incremented by that tax value.

Pricing per - dropdown list - pricing mode used to calculate the final price. It can be either per item or whole stay. When the pricing mode is per item then the user needs to select the number of services during selection. Otherwise the price is applied once.

Localized description - section - additional information about the service that can be displayed to the client during room booking. It has to be translated into all avaliable languages.

• Language - dropdown menu - to indicate in what language version on your internet site this description will be used
• Description - text area - to describe the service (e.g. the availability hours)
  
• Delete - checkbox - check and save if you wish to delate a localized description

Localized names - the name for the service which is displayed to the user during room booking on the hotel site. It needs to be translated into all activated languages.

• Language - dropdown menu - to indicate in what language version on your internet site this name will be used
• Label - textbox - service name used for display on the internet site
