EXCLUSION PERIODS

These are specific periods when a room is not avaliable for booking both on the hotel site and through the administration panel.

Add new exclusion period
Where?   Administration panel > Hotel offer > click on "+Add" on Exclusion periods tab

Define when the rooms in a specific complete group will be out of use. Describe clearly the reasoning in the description.

Modifying exclusion period

Where?   Administration panel > Hotel offer > Exclusion periods

Select the grouping reference of the exclusion period to modify by clicking on it. Save afterwards or click "Go back" in your browser if you want to discard changes.

Fields

Grouping reference - textbox - unique name for exclusion period group used for identification purpose

Description - text area - administrative description visible only in the administration panel

Exclusion periods - section - definition of dates of exclusion:

• Name - textbox - unique name for identification uninterrupted exclusion period
• StartDate - date field - begining of the period when room is not available for booking
• EndDate - date field - end of the period when room is not available for booking
