HOTELS
Hotels are entities of your establishment, no matter if they are hotels, motels, hostels or other common accomodation facilities. One entity is normally defined by its location. Our system supports multiple number of hotels.
Add new hotel - define your hotel in the reservation system
Where? Administration panel > Hotel offer > click on "+Add" on Hotels tab
To add your hotel you will first need to define the names and address. The main name is the name that you normally use - guest will not see it.
On your hotel's internet site in the search panel and in the results display the name can be different - more appealing to customers, longer, shorter, with less or more details. Add it in the both "Localized names... " sections (see below).
If your site is multilingual, in the same location you will add names in all languages. The list of languages is provided by us on your request. To add a new language version click on "Add another localized name..." and choose the language from the drop down list.
If you want your guests to book rooms directly from your hotel's site make sure "Available online" checkbox is ticked. Otherwise the hotel will not be available on your hotel's site but you will still be able to make reservations via the Hotel-In Administration panel only.
Modify existing hotel - name, adres, tax
Where? Administration panel > Hotel offer > Hotels
To modify a hotel click on its "name" on the displayed list of all your hotels in the system. Save afterwards or click "Go back" in your browser if you want to discard changes. To remove a hotel completely from the list click on the button "x Delete"
Fields:
Name - textbox - hotel's administrative name. It is visible only in the administration panel and should be unique for a hotel in the system.
Tax - dropdown list - allows you to assign tax rate to the rooms prices. Upon selecting it all rooms will have this tax included in the price. It can be predefined in "Tax" secion of the system or added by clicking on "+Add"
Street, City, Postal Code - textboxes- address fields corresponding to the hotel.
Avaliable online - checkbox - when ticked the hotel will be avaliable for booking from the hotel internet site. Unticked makes the reservation possible only from the administration panel.
Localized names for search - section - hotel name used in the hotel dropdown list on your internet site in the reservation panel. For different languages. Should be kept short.
- Label - textbox - hotel name used for search / display
- Language code - dropdown menu - to indicate in what language version on your internet site this name will be used
- Delete? - checkbox - check and save if you wish to delate a localized name
Localized names for display - section - hotel name which is used on your internet site when the search results are displayed for your potential customer. For different languages. Can be longer, more appealing and detailed.
