ASSOCIATE EMAILS

In this panel you will associate the email templates (built in the section Email templates) with the actual events that appear during any booking process. You can create and associate a different set of emails for each of your hotels. You can also use the same set for all of them.

Associate - link a template with an event
Where?   Administration panel > Email notofications > Associate emails

Set which email template will be sent on a specific booking event by selecting it in the dropdown list.

Here are the possible booking events:

• Room booked - sent to the client when a new reservation without autoconfirmation is done
• Reservation confirmed - sent to the client when the reservation is confirmed. In case of autoconfirmation (see Booking engine configuration > Configuration) this message is sent right after the customer created a reservation - otherwise it will be sent just after a manual confirmation from the administration panel.
  
• Payment query - sent to the client when an online payment query is created from the administration panel in module od Reservation management - in Update payment. It will contain (depending on template) the url address at which the client is requested to make the payment.
• Reservation cancelled - sent to the client when the reservation is cancelled from the admin panel.
  
• New reservation - admin - sent to the hotel email address as a notification of a new reservation created on hotel web page.
  
• Payment confirmed - admin - sent to the hotel email address whenever a client makes a succesfull online payment for a reservation.
• Greetings - sent to the creator's email address upon check out - to thank for the visit and ask for feedback regarding the stay

If you do not want to send an autonotification for a chosen even, choose option "None".

New! Next to specific templates, there is another column for additional e-mails - enter here, dividing with semi-colons, additional addresses (to the standard one defined in Booking engine configuration) to which you would like to send notifications on chosen events.
