Provides an overview of the ratings that your customers provided to the evaluation criteria defined by you.

The evaluation results are presented in the form of stars representing rounded number of evaluation point assigned in average by your guests to each criterion.

For 'yes/no' type of question, the overall result is displayed as the percentage of respondents who answered 'yes'.

To see answers of each single respondent you need to retrieve a reservation and click on the user icon to display individual results.
