GENERATE VOUCHERS

Vochers represent a tool to promote your hotel, encourage your customers to come back and your prospects to appear at your door.

Upon creating a reservation you will be able to enter the number of the voucher as a form of payment for the reservation.

It is up to you to define if you require just the number of the voucher or a printed version of voucher that you will send to the recipients for example by email. In any case you should inform the recipients about this information's confidentiality.

Generate vouchers - invite customers
Where?   Administration panel > Vouchers > Generate vouchers

To generate a new voucher or a set of vouchers, go to the module and fill out all their attributes.

Fields

Name - identification of the vouchers

Quantity - number of vouchers that you want to create with the defined attributes

Value - value of each of the vouchers generated via this request (in systems currency)

Valid until - last date when this voucher can be used
