LOYALTY CLASSES
Loyalty classes define your loyalty program that you can offer to your regular customers whose profiles you keep in the system. Loyalty class basically mean reduction level and some prestige and special treatment for your customer.
Add a new class - define rewarding levels for loyalty
Where? Administration panel > Client profile > Loyalty classes + click on "+Add"
To define a new class, click on "Add" and fill in the data.
Modify class - adjust to the needs
Where? Administration panel > Client profile > Loyalty classes
To modify open a class and modify fields. Save upon modification or click on "Go back" in your browser to discard changes.
Fields:
Loyalty class name - name of the class that you will assign to your regular customers
% reduction - percentage of reduction applied on the total price of reservation for customer who is assigned this loyalty class. This discount will be applied on top of any other applicable price change (special fares, long stay fares) and will be indicated in the payment summary of the reservation.
Localized names - section:
- Localized name - name translated into all languages enabled in the system
