ROOM REVIEWS

They let you quickly check all room atributes in one place, among others the fares applicable as base and during specially defined periods.
The only purpose of this part of the system is to display the data, that's why there is no "+Add" icon on its tab.

Choose a room
Where?   Administration panel > Hotel offer > Room reviews

Click on a room number of your choice. You can sort the rooms by displayed criteria such as room number, hotel, room group and capacity - do it by clicking on column name. You can also filter the displayed rooms by the hotel of your choice - choose a value in the filter box on the right side of the screen. You can search the room numbers or names by typing them in the search field above the list.

Each time when you want to go back to the full list - hit "(... total)" on the bar above the list.

Additionally above the list you can see the total capacity of currently displayed rooms and below the list - the total count of rooms displayed.

Room attributes

After clicking on a room the information about that room is displayed.

It contains:

• Room number
• Room group
• Status - edytable drop-down menu - optional - to define current status of the room in terms of readyness to be booked used by a guest - this status is visible here and on  occupancy map - as an icon
  
• Base fare per night before tax
  
• Short description
• Additional services
  
• All assigned special fares (both as percentage and final value) with dates
  
• Exclusion periods
• All assigned long stay fares
• Comment - editable optional text area  to add any comments
