ROOM RESERVATIONS STATISTICS

Provides a comfortable way to monitor performance in room bookings for hotels created in the Hotel-In system. It represents the preferences and behaviours of your customers. With the usage of charts you can adapt your marketing strategy accordingly.

Where?   Administration panel > Statistics > Reservations statistics

All available graphs are displayed on the tabs. You can follow to any of them by clicking on the label. Change query criteria in the dropdown lists (Hotel name, Year etc.).

Note: In each tab you can request more than just one chart, the next requested one will appear on top of the previous one (usefull e.g. to compare different periods or room groups). You can also close graphs by clicking on 'Close' button.


No. of reservations - shows how many reservations were made each day of a selected month. In other words - when the clients used your site or called you to make their reservations You can choose to see it for a specific hotel or the summary for all.
Below the chart you can find info on the total number of reservations and average daily number.

No. of rooms booked per group - shows for how many rooms of a selected group reservations were made in a  selected month and hotel. You can compare the total monthly number of reservations for different room groups in your hotels.
Below the chart you can see the total number of bookings together with the average number per room group within the month.

No. of reservations yearly - shows how many reservations were made each month of a selected year (similar to the first chart). You can choose to display summary chart for all hotels or for a specific one.
Below the chart you can see the total number of reservations yearly and the average per month.

Price distribution of reservations - shows how many reservations of a specific price range were made in a specific month (total reservation prices are considered here). Horizontal axis represents price interval of the reservation in default currency and the vertical one shows number of reservations which fall into that interval. E.g. 6 units tall bar over a price 100 means that there were 6 reservations of total room price from 0 to 100 (100 included).
Below the chart you can see the total number of reservations, together with the  total revenue per month and average reservation price.

Cancelation rate - pie chart which shows the ratio of reservations cancelled to the successful ones.
Below the chart you can see the absolute numbers showing succesful and cancelled bookings.

Capacity distribution of reservations - shows how many beds were booked per reservation. Horizontal axis represents number of beds, vertical axis represents the number of reservations which fall into that capacity category.
Below the chart you can see  the total number of reservations for a selected month and average capacity booked per reservation.

No. of reservations per source - bar chart representing the number of reservations done in a specific month per source. Default sources are "Admin" (Administrative Panel) and "Client" (your hotel webpage); additionally you can define (in Hotel offer > Resellers list) external sources that you use to sell you offer (for example Bookings.com)
Below the chart there is total number of reservations, maximum, minimum and average per source
