AGGREGATORS CONFIGURATION
IN CHANNEL MANAGER MODULE

System can be integrated with any aggregator, what enables you to sell your offer on their web pages. Integration between Hotel-In and an aggregator is processed by Synthense on customer's request. We can also support you in the integration of the hotel with the aggregator itself if you wish.

A break through solution is that you do not have to use allotment and thus block your rooms from beeing booked on your site.

In case a customer wishes to get integrated with one of the already listed aggregators (or any other), after Synthense enables this functionality - this module will be prefilled with the list of aggregators avaiable - before that, the list is empty and non editable.

During the integration with an aggregator, hotel will declare to them the chosen objects that will be in the scope of integration:

  • hotels
  • rooms
  • standard fares (rate plans)
  • max and min room treshold

After having the contract signed with the aggregator, hotel will receive a list of IDs that will have to be entered into the fields below.

Fields

Name - textbox - name of integrated aggregator

Organisation - textbox - name of the organisation assigned by aggregator, produced when a new account is created for you on aggregator

Username - textbox - user name used to log in to the aggregator

Password - textbox - password used to log in to aggregator

Hotel id - textbox - id of the hotel, always given but specifically necessary if one organisation has more than one hotel

Hotel name - textbox - second hotel identifyier obligatory only for some aggregators

Aggregators configuration - section - to map all rooms enabled on the aggregator. Originally you add rooms to aggregators on their admin websites but to be able to manipulate parameters easily and in the same time for all aggregators from this Hotel-In Admin Panel, all rooms need to be mapped here:

  • Room - drop-down menu - indication of your administrative name of a room group
  • Alias - drop-down menu - administrative name to identify pairs of "room-fare" defined on the aggregator. It is used only in Hotel-In Admin Panel and it's goal is to simplify and unify the manipulation of parameters on differnt aggregators.
    Example:
Alias: 2 STD - stands for Standard Fare for Double room which on various aggregators is called: 18258712-URP on Venere, Single-HRS_Rate na HRS, 1-pr on booking.com, 788652-0 on hotele.pl and so on
  • Room id - enter here room id given by the aggregator
  • Fare id - entere here fare id given by the aggregator
  • Max rooms - numerical field - maximum number of rooms enabled per day on the aggregator (advised number is the total number of rooms in that group devided by the number of aggregators used); the value can be overridden by a value set in module Change parameters on Availability tab
  • Min room treshold - numerical field - real number of available rooms after reaching which the system will cut this room completely off from this aggregator - security measure to avoid overbooking.

Standard fares you'll define on each aggregator's site. If you want to update one or multiple of them in on shot (without the need of loging in separately to each of them) - you'll do it in the Hotel-In Admin Panel in the Change parameters module.
