PMS INTEGRATION

If you belong to the group of hotels that use already a PMS but it does not enable on-line reservations, we can offee you an integration of the on-line reservation panel on your site with your current system. Although Hotel-In contains PMS modules, we understand the fact that not all of oyu would like to change the system and the way you work.

If on the other hand you represent the group of hotels that do not use any hotel management system yet, Hotel-In will guarantee you both: the on-line reservation panel on your site as well as hotel management modules included in the Administration Panel.

Intergation time - how long can it take?

Integration  with a new to us system is a question of a couple of days up to a couple of week maximum. During this time your current system provider needs to send us the technical specifications of the API (via which both systems will communicate) and we need to enable those communication mechanism.

If you use one of the systems that we have already integrated this step will not impact Hotel-In integration time at all.

Integration scope - how will it work ?

• search - client, searching for a room will have the real time access to the current status of all rooms availability defined in your PMS, no form of allotment is applied
  

• automatic updates in PMS via online reservation panel will include: room status, payment status, availability of rooms

• automatic notifications - hotel personnel will be informed via e-mail autonotification about events tha happend in the internet reservation panel: new reservations, reservation paid, no downpayment made in due time resulting in automatic or manual cancellation of pre-booked reservation
