RESELLERS LIST

In Hotel-In you can follow bookings from different sources - to evaluate the performance of all of them. The two default ones are "Admin" - reservations entered by yourself or your staff directly into the Administration Panel, "Client" - reservations entered by your clients into the Online Booking Panel located on your webpage.

Additionally to that you can define your own list of other external sources that you want to follow. So you can add for example a generic one "Resellers" - representing all other sources that are selling your content or - if you want to know more - specify each specific reseller that sells your rooms. Resellers can be your cooperative Travel Agencies or aggregators such as for example bookings.com.

When receiving a reservation from them, you will be able to modify this attribute in the reservation and then they will appear on a dedicated bar in the statistics (Statistics > Reservation Statistics > No. of reservations by source).

Add new reseller -  follow up your reseller's performance
Where?   Administration panel > Hotel offer > click on "+Add" on Resellers list tab

To  add a new reseller or group of reseller that you want to follow - click on the "+Add" and just type it's name and save.

Modify existing reseller - name
Where?   Administration panel > Hotel offer > Resellers list

To modify the name of your reseller, just click on  it and make modifications. Save afterwards or click "Go back" in your browser if you want to discard changes. To remove a reseller completely from the list click on the button "x Delete"

Fields:

Name - textbox - name under which you want to follow the reseller (best keep it short so that it could fully appear on the chart).
